 The quality control department is responsible for testing different raw materials and the products which are manufactured in a pharmaceutical company.

All the starting & intermediate materials are received in the pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing purposes and are tested in a quality control Lab.

Different types of sophisticated equipment are installed in the quality control department of pharmaceutical industries to test & ensure that all the products manufactured are according to the quality standards.

  • Managing the finished products, packaging materials, raw materials Managers and staff.

  • Management of microbiology department.

  • Make sure that the quality control laboratory is always equipped with the best equipment to perform well.

  • Handling of artwork.

  • Trained on quality control equipment.

  • Ensure timely closing of CAPAs

  • Training of staff.

  • Supplier audit.

  • Should have sufficient knowledge of standards of sterile microbiology.

  • Well trained in dealing with SAP activities.

  • Good communication skills are very important.
