- To perform medical reviews
Of individual SEAs from clinical trials/ marketed products and prepare,submit Investigator notifications.
- The identity safety signals based on review of solicited or unsolicited signal case reports, aggregate data and signal detection tools and perform signal evaluation and monitoring.
- To prepare clinical expert statements related to signal evaluation ( clinical, non clinical, epidemiology).
- Responsible for medical inputs to aggregate clinical safety regulatory reports (eg,PSUR, DSUR).
- Maintenance of pharmacovigilance system master file and it’s submission to NPC submission of ADRs/ AEs to NPC as per the timelines prescribed in pharmacovigilance Rules, 2022.
- Risk evaluation reports (PBRER) as per the timelines prescribed in pharmacovigilance Rules, 2022.
