QA manager – Quality assurance
Key responsibility
- Process oversight: monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and conduct process validation, verification
- Quality auditing: perform internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Team leadership: supervise , train and manage QA technicians and inspector
- Data analysis & reporting: analyze quality data, identify trends and defects, and prepare reports for management
- Corrective action: handle root cause analysis, non – conformances and customer; complaints implement CAPA
- Inspection planning: coordinate in- process, raw materials and final product inspections

Qualification
A PharmD degree and B Pharm MSc BSc chemistry and MPhil BSc food quality management required for this job.
Experience required
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in quality assurance preferably in a manufacturing and technical environment is required for this post.

- Hands-on experience with QMC , SPC and quality tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication abilities
