Job Title
Assistant manager- Quality control (QC)

Key responsibility
- Oversee daily QC laboratory operations including chemical, physical, and microbiological testing
- Ensure compliance with PIC/s GMP, and international quality standards
- Review and approve analytical reports, specifications and certificates of analysis (COA)
- Lead method validation, verification and stability studies
- Maintain proper documentation as per regulatory requirements
- Handle OOS, OOT and deviation investigations
- Support internal / external audits and regulatory inspections
- Coordinate with QA, production, and regulatory affairs teams
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Key requirements
- Regulatory & dossier : prepare, review, and compile CTD dossiers (modules 2 & 3) for international submission
- Ensure QC data compliance for export market registrations
- Support variations renewals, and responses to regulatory queries
- Maintain PIC/S compliance and assist in certification processes
Skill requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in CTD dossier preparation and PIC/S compliance
- Expertise in analytical techniques
- (HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, etc)
- Sound knowledge of EU of export market regulations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Qualification
The candidate must have a Bachelor or masters degree in pharmacy or chemistry.
Experience required
The candidate must have 10 years experience in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry is required for this post.
